Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your 2048 account and its associated data, you can request deletion by email. We'll verify your request before deleting your account.
Send your request
Email us using the button below with the subject Account Deletion Request. Include the Google account email address you use to sign in to 2048.
Confirm your identity
We'll send a confirmation email to the account email address you provide. Your account will only be deleted after you confirm the request.
Account and data deletion
After confirmation, we'll delete your account, profile, game records, and scores. We'll email you when the deletion is complete.
Account deletion cannot be undone. Your associated game data will also be deleted.
